Return Policy: Return Policy
We offer returns for most items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email wildstares@pacbell.net and make sure to include the order number or the email address used to place the order.

In order to receive a full refund:
- Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability
Items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email wildstares@pacbell.net to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include the item name and order number in your email.

DIGITAL GOODS
Due to the nature of digital goods, they are not refundable. If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital goods, please contact wildstares@pacbell.net
